Change Leadership

True leadership isn’t about job titles, spread sheets, or corner offices. People are often under the confusion that there are leaders and non-leaders in the world. The truth is, we are all leaders.  Leadership is available to anyone who is willing to practice courage  in the midst of fear, authenticity over self-protection, and maintain calm in times of turmoil.

Leadership is not something we have or don’t have. It’s a practice — a conscious choice of how we want to live and be in the world. It’s about the choice to show up and be real.
